Job description
Overview

A motivated, driven and enthusiastic person is required to control materials taken into a Warehouse. This role requires you to administer and reconcile all incoming raw materials, ingredients and packaging in terms of deliveries and stocks that arrive on site and ensure they meet specifications.

You will work closely with Supply chain and production to ensure stock accuracy at all times, keeping all records and paperwork up to date. Must have computer skills, WMS, reliable and have excellent attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities
  • Administer and reconcile all incoming raw materials, ingredients and packaging, including deliveries and stock arrivals on site to ensure they meet specifications.
  • Maintain stock accuracy by coordinating with Supply Chain and Production and keeping records and paperwork up to date.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain and Production to ensure stock accuracy at all times.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement through the successful achievement of KPIs.
  • Undertake stock movements; FLT reach / counter-balance experience is required but training can be given.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Previous experience, ideally within a food environment, with the ability to prioritise and a strong "Can Do" attitude.
  • Outstanding communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with WMS; reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • FLT reach/counter-balance forklift experience is required, with training available for the right candidate.
  • Ability to drive Continuous Improvement through KPI achievement and accurate stock movements.
