Job summary

GSF Car Parts Limited in Tunbridge Wells is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our branch team. You will assist with picking, packing, and preparing orders for delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely handling of stock.

This casual/zero-hour role supports holidays and absences, with up to 41 hours per week on a rotating schedule. We value reliability, teamwork, and a focus on customer service to keep deliveries on track.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse or similar environment.

About The Role

At GSF Car Parts, our Warehouse Operatives play an important role within the team by always ensuring orders are picked and packed, and ready to be delivered to our customers. They are champions of customer service delivery through efficient coordination of warehouse stock and understand the importance of delivery timeframes.

As a Warehouse Operative working on a zero hour/casual contact, you will support the branch in covering any holidays or absences.

Main Duties include:

• Checking and putting away supplier delivered parts
• Picking and loading vans accurately and in a timely manner;
• Checking customer returns for resale, warranty or surcharge;
• Checking stock quantities are correct against computer whilst also checking stock is stored in the allocated bin locations.

Working hours: Up to 41 (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working - depending on the cover needed in the branch.
