Warehouse Operative x 16 - £3000 Joining Bonus - Permanent

We are hiring Warehouse Operatives for immediate start at our Southampton location.

Job Details

Location: Southampton

Shifts: AM shifts from 6 am to 2 pm or 8 am to 4 pm, with plenty of overtime opportunities.

Pay: £17.60 per hour, with overtime paid at £22.50 per hour. Additional overtime rates up to £28.70 per hour may apply.

Employment Type: Full-time or part-time, PAYE or Self-Employed, permanent positions available.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Flexible and adaptable to switch between various tasks during shifts.
• Capable of handling parcels up to 30kg and pushing items weighing up to 250kg (assistance provided for larger items).
• Physically capable of managing heavy goods.
• Dedicated, motivated individuals with or without prior experience. Experience with Amazon, DPD, DHL, XPO, or similar logistics companies is desirable.

Additional Information

Shifts vary with different working hours. Pay rates range from £18.44 to £28.00 per hour.
