Stafforce in Grimsby is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative with Reach Truck Licence to join a busy site serving Sofina Foods. Salary is GBP15.45-GBP23.18 per hour. Role includes driving reach trucks, scanning products, and accurate paperwork.

Shifts are 4 on 4 off in a 12-hour rotation (6am-6pm or nights). Immediate starts available with potential temp-to-perm progression and ongoing work with transport access and parking.

Qualifications

• In-date reach truck licence required.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality expected.
• Reliable, self-motivated and proactive in a busy warehouse.

Responsabilités

• General Warehouse Operative duties including receiving and dispatch.
• Drive reach trucks in a busy warehouse environment.
• Scan products and complete paperwork with accuracy.
• Work 24/7 4on 4off rotation (4 nights then 4 days, 6am-6pm).
• Overtime paid on unrostered days.

Stafforce are working in partnership with Sofina Foods (formally Youngs), recruiting for aWarehouse Operative with Reach Truck Licenceto work in a busy Warehouse area.

Shift Pattern/ Working hours

4 on 4 off 24/7 rotation 12 hours shifts.

You will work 4 nights shifts (6am-6pm), and then on your next rotation would work 4 day shifts (6am-6pm).

Immediate starts are available for this role, however if you have to work a notice period we can also work with this.

Roles are ongoing for the candidates with excellent attendance, attitude and job performance.

All positions have the potentially for temp to perm transfer, following a successful probationary period for the right candidate.

The job role:

• General Warehouse Operative duties
• Driving of the reach trucks in a busy warehouse environment
• Counterbalance licence is also desirable but not essential
• Scanning of products, and completing paperwork requiring high attention to detail.
• 24/7 4on 4off rotation (including day and night shifts)
• Overtime paid on any unrota'd days.
• Sites are accessible via public transport and parking facilities are available.

Role would be suitable for candidates with experience in any of the following: dispatch, despatch, warehouse, flt driver.

• Previous experience as a Dispatch/Warehouse Operative is desirable but not essential.
