Job summary

Manpower is recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join an established manufacturing business in Runcorn. This is a varied warehouse and dispatch role offering regular Monday to Friday daytime hours, with no shift rotation.

You'll be responsible for picking and preparing orders, loading and unloading vehicles and ensuring goods are stored safely and accurately. FLT Counterbalance and Reach licences are required.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or dispatch experience.
• FLT Counterbalance and Reach licences.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workloads.
• Basic computer skills, including experience of Outlook and warehouse/ERP systems.
• A reliable, flexible approach and the ability to work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Picking goods from stock ready for customer's orders and dispatch.
• Using Counterbalance and Reach FLT trucks, alongside manual picking.
• Loading and unloading vehicles and trailers safely.
• Ensuring stock is correctly stored and located within the warehouse.
• Carrying out daily equipment and safety checks.
• Completing warehouse and dispatch documentation accurately.
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping.
• Working as part of the wider team to ensure orders are prepared correctly and on time.
• Following site health and safety procedures.

Warehouse Operative with FLT

Location: Runcorn, WA7 1TH

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00 (37.5 hours per week)

Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
