About the role

We are seeking experienced HRT (High Reach Truck) drivers with current D1 or D2 licenses for a permanent warehouse operative position, including a 16-week probation. The role involves working an average of 38 hours per week with shifts as per the rota:

• Sunday to Saturday, various shifts between 06:00-18:00, 06:00-14:00, 12 hours, 8 hours, and 10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, picking, and loading goods safely and accurately.
• Operating manual and mechanical handling equipment correctly.
• Performing daily pre-use equipment checks and reporting faults.
• Reporting hazards or irregularities immediately.
• Assisting with paperwork and documentation.
• Managing damaged stock and participating in training as required.
• Performing other duties to meet business needs.

Requirements

• Experience as an HRT driver with current D1 or D2 licenses.
• Flexibility, adaptability, hardworking, and able to meet deadlines.
• Team player with self-motivation and a professional attitude.
• Experience in a warehouse environment is advantageous but not essential.
