Job summary

Flexsource NI, part of CPL, is recruiting for warehouse operatives for a weekend shift in Belfast. Initially based on Castlereagh Road, BT5, you will relocate to the Queens Island Site, Airport Road, BT3 after up to 6 weeks. The role is temporary to permanent after 18 weeks and owning transport is essential.

Shifts: Fri–Sun 7am–7pm with weekly pay, holiday pay and overtime rates. Warehouse experience is essential; forklift experience is preferred but full training is provided.

Job description

Flexsource NI (Part of Cpl) are recruiting for Warehouse operatives on a weekend shift. The roles are initally based on Castlereagh Road, Belfast, BT5 for up to 6 weeks, then you will relocate to their Queens Island Site, Airport Road, BT3. These positions are temporary to permanent after successful 18 weeks. Please note that Own Transport is ESSENTIAL.

Hours of work:

Friday – 7am to 7pm

Saturday – 7am to 7pm

Sunday – 7am to 7pm

Contact type: Temporary to permanent

Rates of pay: £14.50 per hour

Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

• Manual handling of products.
• Work in a team environment.
• Work in a safe environment.
• Ability and flexibility to work weekends.
• Maintain a courteous manner to all peers, management, visitors and contractors.

Criteria:

• Warehouse experience essential.
• Previous forklift, crane experience preferred however not essential as full training will be provided.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow directions/instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to move product which may require bending, stretching, stooping, reaching, and/or lifting, in line with Health & Safety regulations
