Consultora Excelsior in Wakefield is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for immediate starts on permanent roles. The position offers 12-week rota planning, 5 days from 7, and strong emphasis on safety and SOP compliance.

You will work with voice-picking systems, operate warehouse equipment, and perform order picking with occasional heavy lifting (up to 2 kg). Salary ranges by shift are provided, with AM/PM/Night rotas and overtime options.

Qualifications

• Strong communication for teamwork and safety.
• Able to follow SOPs and workflows accurately.
• Detail-oriented with accurate picking and packing.
• Willingness to develop in warehouse roles.

Responsibilities

• Order picking of products.
• Operate voice-picking system with training provided.
• Use mechanically operated equipment.
• Lift up to 2 kg and adhere to safety standards.
