Consultora Excelsior in Wakefield is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for immediate starts on permanent roles. The position offers 12-week rota planning, 5 days from 7, and strong emphasis on safety and SOP compliance.

You will work with voice-picking systems, operate warehouse equipment, and perform order picking with occasional heavy lifting (up to 2 kg). Salary ranges by shift are provided, with AM/PM/Night rotas and overtime options.

• Picking using a voice automated system - training provided

• Will include some heavy lifting ( max 2 kg)


• Work to standard Warehouse operating procedures in line with company policy.

Warehouse Operative role details:

Salary: £19.80 - AM shift; £22.80 - PM shift; £25.80 - Night shift

Overtime £27.25/h AM -shift; £28.50/h -PM shift; £33.75/h -Night

Fixed shift AM 06:00-14:00 / PM 14:00-22:00 / Night 22:00-06:00

Location: WAKEFIELD

Duration: permanent

You will be given a 12-week rota and be expected to work 5 days from 7, with the opportunity to work additional hours and days

As a Warehouse Operative, you will need to have:

• Good communication skills

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative or picker packer is an advantage, but not essential.
