Centric Talent is currently recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives to join our client in Bolton, who are experiencing exceptional growth.

Our client is a well-established name in the UK bathroom industry, offering popular styles at affordable prices for over 30 years. They have expanded into new product groups to stay at the forefront of the market, leveraging extensive manufacturing experience and market knowledge.

They seek dynamic, driven, and adaptable individuals to join their warehousing team. Previous logistics and warehouse experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring deliveries are picked, packed, and dispatched to high standards
• Using correct pallet types and packaging for shipments
• Overseeing outgoing deliveries and ensuring they are in good condition
• Implementing and developing standard SOPs
• Dispatching deliveries with the correct carrier and packaging
• Adhering to warehouse health and safety protocols
• Maintaining clean, tidy, and safe work areas
• Providing feedback through appropriate channels
• Photographing deliveries before dispatch
• Performing general warehouse duties, including loading and unloading

This role involves heavy lifting due to bathroom equipment handling. The position is flexible for growth and development.

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency with computers and general IT skills
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Warehouse experience is essential

Hours of Work:

• Nights: Sunday to Thursday, 22:00 - 06:00, £14.21/hr
• Afternoons: Monday to Friday, 12:00 - 20:00, £12.21/hr
• Days: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00, £12.21/hr
