Warehouse Operative Van Driver Days - Immediate Start

Red Recruitment group urgently require an experienced warehouse van driver for a temporary to permanent position in Govan, Glasgow. Your main position will be to work in the warehouse and also as a delivery van driver, delivering fragile automotive components. This role involves both driving and warehouse work, with manual handling required.

The vehicle you will be driving is a long wheel based Mercedes Sprinter, so candidates should have good previous experience in driving this size of vehicle.

Requirements:

1. Aged 25 or older
2. Full clean driver’s license (for insurance purposes)
3. Flexibility to cover various start times for holidays with other drivers

Hours of Work:

08:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday, plus every other Saturday 08:00 - 13:00.

Compensation:

£11.44 per hour - Temporary to permanent position for immediate interview and start. £26,769 per year basic salary plus overtime paid at time and a quarter when permanent. OTE £30,000+. Weekly paid for 2 weeks temp to perm, monthly paid when employed permanently.
