Purpose of the role:

Dee Set Warehouse colleagues are responsible for performing duties such as Goods In, Replenishment, Picking, Co-pack, Hygiene, and Goods Out.

Responsibilities of the role:

• People: Work with the team to maintain high standards in the Stoke Warehouse.
• Operations: Ensure all KPIs are met and products are dispatched timely as per schedule.
• Compliance: Conduct daily stock checks and resolve stock issues daily.
• Learning & Development: Collaborate with colleagues to develop their abilities.
• Systems: Use Warehouse Management System for Goods receiving, Replenishment, Prepacking, Picking, Packing, and Dispatch.
• Personal: Grow, develop, and support others in their development.
• Health & Safety/Data Security: Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse environment, comply with policies including GDPR and confidentiality.
