Job summary

Lidl Northern Ireland is hiring a Warehouse Operative to support our customer-focused fulfilment network. You will be picking across product categories, handling pallets, and working in both ambient and temperature-controlled environments.

Working Hours & Weekend Requirements

Our warehouse operates 24/7, and we provide schedules 3 weeks in advance to support your work-life balance.

Please note that all full time and part time roles require working at least one day every weekend (Saturday or Sunday)

• Front Shift: 07:00 – 16:00
• Back Shift: 09:00 – 18:00
• Nightshift: 22:00 – 07:00
• 10, 20, 30 and 35 hours per week contracts available.

Summary

Earn £13.30 per hour ( Minimum £465+ per week based on a 35-hour week), rising to £14.80 per hour after 3 years. What You'll Do

• Move and pick all food types and non-food products
• Ensure stock is packed and transported according to the highest standards
• Work in both ambient and temperature-controlled environments
• Working in selections, you will be responsible for picking goods onto pallets to meet our store’s needs
• You will work with a voice operated headset which will guide you where to go and what you need to pick, this is the role of an order picker in the selections department
• You will work towards structured performance targets so each day you will know what tasks you need to complete

What You'll Need

• Comfortable with Manual Handling Equipment, such as an order picker forklift
• A flexible can-do attitude
• Preferably, experience within a warehouse environment
• A good team player
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
