Warehouse Operative Rotational shifts.

Location: Barton Under Needwood

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour - £14.95 per hour for hours worked after 8pm.

Shift Pattern: Weekly rotational shifts - Monday to Friday.

6am-2pm

2pm-10pm

Key Responsibilities

• Order Picking & Packing: Accurately picking customer orders and preparing for dispatch.
• Material Handling Equipment (MHE): Use of warehouse machinery training may be provided if required.
• Stock Movement & Inventory Control: Ensuring accurate movement of stock across departments.
• Customer Service: Communicating effectively with internal teams and external customers.
• Data Entry: Basic use of Microsoft Office and internal systems including Matrix software.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with colleagues and supervisors to meet KPIs.
  
  

What Were Looking For

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and physically fit for warehouse duties
• Basic IT skills confident using Microsoft Office
• MHE or FLT experience (desirable but not essential)
• Flexible to work days or nights
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) or willing to obtain one
• Able to provide a5-year work history(essential for compliance)
