Job summary

Personnel Solutions (Midlands) Limited is seeking up to 5 Warehouse Operatives for ongoing work at Barton Business Park. Rotating shifts from 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00, Monday to Friday. DBS check required; right to work in the UK essential; full five-year employment history requested.

Pay £13.33–£14.94 per hour, rotating weekly. Training will be provided; previous warehouse experience is helpful but not essential.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Teamwork and good communication.
• Attention to detail.
• Able to understand written and spoken English for instructions and health and safety.
• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Provide a full five-year employment history, with any gaps explained.
• DBS check, with employment subject to a satisfactory result.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately
• Loading and unloading goods
• Stock replenishment
• Quality checking products
• Operating warehouse equipment where required
• Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and organised
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Supporting with general warehouse duties
