Job Description:

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a PPT (Powered Pallet Truck) Warehouse operative to work for our client based in Swindon, with an immediate start. This is an ongoing assignment, which can lead to a permanent contract.

Your role will include using the PPT (Powered Pallet Truck) to load and unload goods, such as white goods and furniture. There will be times when you are required to work as part of a team picking in the warehouse, therefore, we are looking for candidates who are happy to work a range of duties.

The majority of products are heavy, and it is important that you are familiar and comfortable with working with/lifting heavy goods.

Job Duties:

• Moving heavy products using the PPT (Powered Pallet Truck)
• Assist with the picking operation, picking products to be dispatched
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and loading area

Requirements:

• MUST have a valid PPT (Powered Pallet Truck) certificate
• Experience using PPT (Powered Pallet Truck)
• A current, in-date PPT (Powered Pallet Truck) certificate (refreshed within the last 3 years)
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical work

Shifts:

Monday to Friday
15:00 to Midnight
