Warehouse Operative PM Shift (Warehouse Solutions) - Worcester

Job Introduction

• 37.5 hours per week over 5 days (minimum guaranteed)
• £12.21 basic hourly rate, plus 10% Shift Allowance
• 14:00-22:00 shift hours
• Overtime and extra shifts are available during peak trading times paid at time and a half
• 7th shift paid at double time

Main Responsibilities

Your role will include:

• Picking customer orders from designated locations
• Accurately loading and unloading inbound and outbound vehicles
• Checking paperwork for accuracy
• Safely moving and categorising customer items within the warehouse
• Following all Health and Safety policies and procedures
• Working effectively as part of a team
• Safely operating ArrowXL technical equipment
• Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment
• Representing ArrowXL professionally at all times

The Ideal Candidate

It is essential that you have:

• Experience in a similar fast-paced operational environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Ability to prioritise Health and Safety for yourself and colleagues
• Confidence working with computer systems (training will be provided)
• A reliable, punctual, and flexible approach

Salary £12.21 per hour, plus 10% Shift Allowance and excellent benefits.
