Job description

We have an exciting new opportunity to join our Warehouse Team at Medik8!

The Warehouse Operative role ensures B2B and D2C orders are shipped on time and meet high standards. Responsibilities include order picking and packing, stock replenishment, inbound goods handling, and quality checks.

Please note: This is a site-based role, Monday to Friday, from 2pm to 10.30pm.

Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum, with potential overtime paid at 1.5x.

Role Responsibilities:
  1. Processing B2B and D2C orders efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
  2. Supporting production and blending in preparing finished products.
  3. Assisting with system and customer integrations.
  4. Picking and packing stock accurately and completing related administrative tasks.
  5. Reporting low stock levels to prevent stockouts.
  6. Maintaining GMP and cleanliness standards.
  7. Adhering to health & safety policies.
Requirements:
  • Experience in warehouse or FMCG manufacturing environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical skills.
  • Experience in quality control during picking/packing.
  • Punctual, friendly, and organized.
  • COSH experience and MHE knowledge are desirable.
  • Forklift license is a plus but not essential.
