We are looking for FLT drivers to join our team in Rugby, working on our PM shift from Monday to Friday, 14:00 - 22:30. We offer a competitive rate of £13.65. What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Operate Counterbalance FLT safely
• Pick and palletise goods
• Pallet wrap goods once picked
• Operate equipment safely
• Load and unload vehicles safely

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• Numeracy and literacy skills for work documentation
• A current FLT licence
• Ability to work quickly and accurately
• Able to work on own initiative
• Experience in a warehouse environment
• Teamwork skills
• Understanding of health and safety in warehouse settings
• Experience working towards performance targets
• Experience using scanners and IT devices
• Previous shift work experience
• Flexibility to work overtime as required
