Job summary

Blueleaf Limited in Crawley is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our Operations team. You will perform picking, packing, labeling and loading for on-time delivery, with a focus on accuracy and safety.

This permanent full-time role is 45 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 13:00–22:00). Immediate start available. Location: Crawley depot, West Sussex. Benefits include pension, Death in Service, Medicash and a discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience within a warehouse environment lifting heavy goods.
• Teamwork skills willing to participate as a full member of the team
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Knowledge in health and safety, manual handling and hazardous substances
• Ideally a full driving licence, as this role could involve moving delivery vans

Responsibilities

• Live and promote Blueleaf's Culture and Values.
• Pick, pack and despatch customer orders to standard with paperwork.
• Liaise with Customer Service for issues with consignments.
• Carry out stock counts as requested by shift manager.
• May cover delivery drivers' absence to ensure deliveries.
