Job summary

Blueleaf is seeking a committed Warehouse Operative to join our Crawley Operations team. You’ll perform a range of duties including picking, packing, labelling and loading to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

The role is permanent, full-time, working 45 hours per week from 13:00 to 22:00 Monday to Friday, with an immediate start available. You’ll be part of a team that values safety and efficiency, with duties spanning goods in/out, stock replenishment, and occasional delivery

Qualifications

• Proven warehouse experience including picking/packing/loading
• Good team player with clear communication
• Knowledge of health and safety and manual handling procedures
• Ability to follow instructions and paperwork accurately
• Full driving licence desirable; may operate delivery vans

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and despatch customer orders accurately and on time
• Maintain clean, safe and well-organised depot and work areas
• Liaise with Customer Service for order issues and returns
• Assist with stock counts and replenishment at the pick face
• Support loading of delivery vehicles and driving tasks if required
• Adhere to all health, safety and environmental regulations
