Overview

Interaction Recruitment is currently recruiting for a PICKER - PACKER for our national client based in Bristol BS10.

Your main duties will be to ensure the smooth, efficient, and cost-effective running of the Stores function.

As a Stores Person, you will need:

  • Previous experience working within stores/warehouse
  • COSHH and SHEQ experience preferred
  • Be able to work between 7am and 4pm Monday to Friday

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Operative:

  • Set up and maintain parts inventory and liaise with suppliers.
  • Raise purchase orders and track with suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with COSHH and SHEQ standards for materials and services.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Oversee the warranty claim process.
  • Carry out regular stock checks.
  • Follow company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee handbook.

Requirements of a Stores Person:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in a similar role or relevant skills and knowledge.
  • Good literacy skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
