Job description

We are looking to recruit warehouse operatives who will be responsible for picking orders for our shops at our distribution centre in Avonmouth, Bristol.

We offer a permanent full-time position working lates from 14:00 to 22:00 or nights from 22:00 to 6:00, 5 days a week (including at least one weekend day) in our Frozen Warehouse.

Please note, positions in the frozen environment will involve working in temperatures between -18 and -25 degrees Celsius (full PPE and regular warming breaks provided).

Pay, working hours & benefits:

We offer an hourly pay rate of £16.91. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for overtime.

As a warehouse operative, you will:

• Pick stock onto pallets accurately and efficiently for delivery
• Keep accurate records
• Perform warehouse maintenance and cleaning
• Work within health and safety guidelines

Most warehouse operatives start with order picking, with potential opportunities in goods in and loading operations.

You will need:

• Good physical fitness to meet productivity targets
• A friendly, positive, and hardworking attitude
• Experience in warehouse work or manual handling equipment is advantageous but not essential
