Gist UK is recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our client’s team in Spalding. This role is ideal for reliable, hardworking individuals with a positive attitude who are eager to learn. You will handle order picking in a chilled setting, loading and unloading deliveries, and adhering to health and safety standards.

No previous experience is required; training will be provided, and you’ll be supported to develop essential warehouse skills in a dynamic environment.
