Job summary

Stafforce are recruiting for Warehouse Operative (BBBH47180) in Scunthorpe, England, working for Sofina Foods, a leading pork processor. Immediate starts and paid training available.

Shift patterns include 4 on/4 off with different times, with pay £12.95–£16.19 per hour. You will join the Warehouse Team, performing picking, loading, and temperature record duties while adhering to GMP and health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Order picker experience is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work in a cold environment with PPE provided.
• Committed, team player with a keen eye for quality.
• 100% accuracy of picking orders.
• Reliable with good timekeeping.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Picking orders – daily sheets distributed by the Team Leader.
• Store intake onto correct racking with stock rotation and traceability.
• Load finished products onto vehicles as instructed.
• Complete all relevant paperwork such as temperature records on time.
• General hygiene duties and safe working practices.
• Work within Good Manufacturing Practices and quality procedures.

Salary: GBP12.95 - GBP16.19 per hour

Stafforce are looking for Order Pickers, offering immediate starts for our client in Scunthorpe, Billet Lane, DN15. Our client is Sofina Foods, one of the UK's leading pork processors, an employer of choice with ongoing staff requirements and competitive rates of pay, including overtime. We currently can offer shifts below with immediate startsand paid training. Order picker shift patterns available: FULL TIME:

• 4on / 4 off (07:00 - 19:00)) PAYRATE £12.95 p/h
• 4on / 4 off (19:00 – 07:00) PAYRATE £12.95 p/h
• 4on / 4 off (09:00 – 21:00) PAYRATE £12.95 p/h

IMMEDIATE START DATES AVAILABLE

The Role

To perform daily duties as part of the Warehouse Team whilst working in accordance with Health and Safety regulations, food safety legislation and quality standards specified by our customers. These duties will be varied from operating MHEs, de-racking, racking, picking, palletisation, loading as well as general housekeeping duties these may vary at times due to volumes and a requirement to work across departments may be needed.

• Picking orders – daily sheets distributed by the Team Leader
• Store any intake of product away onto the correct racking in accordance to stock rotation procedures and product shelf life specifications making sure that the correct scanning takes place in order to allow full traceability to take place.
• Load finished products onto vehicles as instructed
• Complete all relevant paperwork such as temperature records as instructed and or required, accurately and within time specifications and store / deliver to the correct personnel.
• General hygiene duties (clean as you go).
• Working within Good Manufacturing Practices - i.e.; safely, hygienically and through correct quality procedures.
