Job summary

Thorn Baker Group in Castle Donington is seeking experienced Warehouse Operatives to join a busy distribution team. You will use hand-held scanners to pick and pack orders and support general warehouse duties.

Shifts rotate weekly (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm) from Monday to Friday, with training provided on site. The role requires physical fitness and reliability; overtime is paid at a premium rate and on-site parking is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations with hand-held scanners.
• Ability to work rotating weekly shifts.
• Physically fit for stock movement.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders and pack them for dispatch.
• Use hand scanners/computers to process orders.
• Assist with box making and other warehouse duties.
• Support team to ensure timely order delivery.
