Job summary

Thorn Baker Recruitment Ltd in Willington (MK44 area) is hiring a Warehouse Operative on a full-time day shift.

You will pick & pack, move products, perform manual handling, stock counts, and ensure quality while following health and safety rules. Immediate start with a fixed 08:00–16:30 Monday to Friday shift and pay of £12.71 per hour.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with warehouse tasks (picking & packing, manual handling, pallet stacking) preferred but not required.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in stock counting.

Responsibilities

• Picking & packing boxed items.
• Safely moving products within the facility.
• Manual handling of materials, including lifting, stacking, and carrying items.
• Efficiently placing items into designated boxes, following guidelines.
• Stacking pallets and organizing materials in a safe, orderly manner.
• Conducting stock counts to maintain inventory levels.
• Inspecting products to ensure quality control standards.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations.
