Job summary

Blueleaf Limited is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative for our Crawley depot. You will handle picking, packing, labelling and loading deliveries, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Expect a permanent full-time role working 45 hours per week, with an immediate start available.

You will supportGoods in, goods out and loading activities, comply with safety regulations, and contribute to team efficiency. A full driving licence is advantageous for occasional van movements.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience in a warehouse environment lifting heavy goods.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety guidelines and manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Live and promote Blueleaf's Culture and Values.
• Cover goods in / picking / packing / MHE driving & tipping; loading deliveries.
• Ensure orders are picked, packed and dispatched to standard with paperwork.
• Liaise with Customer Service for timely information on consignments.
• Carry out stock counts and replenishment of pick faces as needed.
• Follow health, safety and environmental regulations; use provided PPE.
