Job summary

Blueleaf is seeking a passionate Warehouse Operative to join the Operations team in Crawley. The role covers picking, packing, labelling and loading of delivery vehicles to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

It is a permanent full-time position working 45 hours per week from 13:00 to 22:00, Monday to Friday, with an immediate start available. You will promote Blueleaf's culture, work across goods in, picking, packing and MHE tasks, ensure documentation is complete, and liaise

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse environment with lifting heavy goods.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of health & safety, manual handling and hazardous substances.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, label and load orders for delivery vehicles.
• Ensure orders are dispatched accurately and on time.
• Handel returns and resolve issues with customer consignments.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment.
• Cover for delivery drivers when needed.
