Job summary

HSL in Atherstone is recruiting Warehouse Operatives / Order Pickers for a fast-paced distribution centre. You will perform order picking, pallet wrapping and general warehouse duties across both chilled and ambient environments.

Roles include voice order picking and LLOP usage, loading and unloading goods, and working as part of a team to meet daily targets. Shifts are available part-time or full-time, with relocation to Coalville from Oct 2027; training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations or order picking is desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with manual handling tasks.

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives / Order Pickers for fast-paced distribution centre in Atherstone.

Order picking, pallet wrapping and general warehouse duties across both chilled and ambient environments.

Location

• Atherstone, Warwickshire
• Transfer to Bardon (Coalville) from Oct 2027

Job Type

• Part-Time & Full-Time
• Temporary to Permanent

Pay

• £13.44 per hour for the first 12 weeks
• £14.93 per hour after 12 weeks

Shift Pattern

• Shifts starting between 8:00am and 9:30am
• Average 7–8 hours per shift
• Fixed shift patterns available:
• Thursday – Saturday
• Thursday – Sunday
• Friday – Sunday

Full-time hours are also available for candidates looking for consistent weekly hours.

• Voice order picking and LLOP ("Low Level Order Picker") usage

Please note that the Atherstone site is relocating to Coalville in Oct 2027. Applicants must therefore be comfortable travelling to the Coalville location when the relocation takes place.
