Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative with a track record of working in high-quality retail environments? We’re looking for someone reliable, responsible and detail-driven to join a growing team in Uxbridge.

This company ships a premium product across the UK and internationally, so a strong sense of care, accuracy and pride in your work is essential. This role is physical (up to 15kg lifting) and perfect for someone who thrives in a tidy, organised and busy environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Picking and packing orders with precision and care
• Preparing items for shipment (wrapping and packaging securely)
• Unloading deliveries and stocking shelves
• Monitoring product and packaging quality
• Using handheld scanners to prepare orders
• Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organised
• Reporting any damages, spillages, or stock discrepancies
• Driving a forklift (Flexi/Bendi preferred, but not essential)

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Operative or Packer
• Over 25 years old with a full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points)
• Physically fit with a strong work ethic
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to work independently in a smaller team environment
• Forklift licence (preferred, not essential)
• Comfortable with basic computer tasks
