Do you have previous warehouse experience? We’re looking for full-time, permanent Warehouse Operatives to join us at our Hatfield operation, in partnership with Arla Foods, handling some of the best known brands in the UK.

As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll work in our busy operations department (full training provided). You’ll work 40.25 hours per week on a 4 on 4 off Night shift from 19:00 to 07:00. In return, we offer a competitive rate of £14.90 per hour, with overtime available at an enhanced rate.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

As our new warehouse colleague at Hatfield, your responsibility will be to ensure products are accurately picked and dispatched to our customers on time and in full. You will be part of a high-performing, dynamic team, and your primary duties will include:

• Working in a chilled environment (1-4 degrees)
• Moving pallets around the warehouse safely using a hand pump truck
• Manual order picking with MHE trucks and RF guns
• Performing various warehouse tasks
• Adhering to strict health and safety and food hygiene standards
• Stock movement and rotation in the fridge

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• Basic IT skills
• A willingness to learn and build a new career
• An interest or previous experience in warehousing
• Skills to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
