We’re looking to bring in a Warehouse Operative on the night shift for our contract based in Corby. Based at their production facility, you will be working on the night shift 22:00-06:00, Sunday-Thursday.

Pay, benefits and more:

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £14.18 per hr. In addition, we offer 20 days holiday (plus 8 bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:

1. General warehouse duties
2. Loading and unloading our vehicles and storing goods in an organised manner
3. There is a large amount of manual handling involving cages and larger items, so you must be happy to do the lifting and shifting!

What you need to succeed at XPO:

1. A focus on health and safety
2. Experience within warehousing would be beneficial
3. Preferred but not essential experience with double handling; training will be given
4. Preferred but not essential experience in bulk stacking; training will be given
