ESS Employment in Yate is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for NIGHT SHIFTS to support a distribution client. You will handle goods in/out, pick items from a wide catalogue, and assist with packing and stacking while ensuring careful handling of products.

Applicants with warehouse experience are preferred. A counterbalance forklift licence is required. The role offers on-site parking and permanent employment with benefits including annual leave and performance bonuses.

The Warehouse Operative role:

• Goods In/Out – unloading and loading deliveries with Forklift Truck
• Picking products from extensive catalogue
• Break down and stack products
• Carefully handling products
• There may be some reasonably heavy lifting

The candidate:

• Experience of working within a warehouse environment would be advantageous
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good level of numeracy and literacy skills
• Counterbalance or Combi Licence is required
