Job description

£13.44 per hour basic, PLUS 10% (£14.78 per hour) for hours worked between 18:00 & 22:00, and 20% (£16.12 per hour) for hours worked between 22:00 & 05:30, plus a range of additional benefits and the opportunity to earn an annual bonus of £1500.

Shift hours: 18:00 - 02:30 or 20:00 - 04:30 (5 days from 7 on a 4-week rota), 45 hours per week.

Due to shift pattern & location, you need your own vehicle.

You don’t need previous warehouse experience to join us—just enthusiasm to learn, a desire to do a great job, and a strong work ethic! If you’re friendly, eager to learn, and excited to progress, we’ll provide all the necessary training and development opportunities.

As a Warehouse Operative at our Warrington depot, you’ll pick, pack, and check the quality of ambient, chilled, and frozen food items, ready for delivery. We offer a full induction, with optional accredited training including forklift, first aid, and HGV driving, allowing you to develop your potential. There are plenty of opportunities to move shifts, roles, and up the career ladder if you wish.

You should have an eye for detail, be comfortable working in a cool environment (we’ll provide a free thermal uniform), be able to lift weights of up to 25kg, and ideally have your own transport to get here.
