Culina Tilbury is now recruiting for Warehouse Operatives on a permanent Culina contract. With great rates of pay on offer and free transport from Tilbury Town Station to the warehouse.

• Shift: 4 on 4 off Nights (18:00-06:00)
• Salary: £15.18 per hour (including night allowance and Banked Hours payments) - Up to £33,144 per annum.

We also have a site bonus scheme that rewards colleagues for their performance. This can increase earnings by an additional £2.50 per hour, £5,500 per annum.

Job Description

• Free transport from Tilbury Town Station once employed.
• This role works on a Banked Hours contract.
• Pick stock and orders from set locations within the chilled warehouse.
• Assemble customer orders from the order profile.
• Ensure the correct amount of product is picked.
• Maintain high levels of health & safety at all times.
• Maintain high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse.
