Job summary

The Lockwood Group is seeking professional Warehouse Operatives to join our expanding team at our UK site. Previous warehousing experience is essential, and you should be able to work on your own initiative.

We offer a night shift with a competitive pay rate of £12.71 per hour plus night allowance and overtime after 9 hours per day; benefits include 20 days leave, pension scheme, free on-site parking and PPE.

A full UK driving licence and checkable references are required.

Job description

The Lockwood Group is a successful, forward thinking family owned business that was established in 1965. Today, we employ over 400 people across eight UK locations, delivering industry leading transport, distribution, warehousing, frozen food production, and co-packing solutions.

As part of the Lockwood Group, William West & Sons is looking for professional and motivated Warehouse Operatives to join our expanding team. Previous warehousing experience or experience of a similar role is essential. Must have warehouse knowledge, be motivated and able to work on own initiative.

A full UK driving licence and checkable references are required.

Pay & Benefits

£12.71 per hour / £3.17 per hour for hours worked between 20:00-06:00 / Shift allowance of £23.00 per week / 42.5 hours per week / £697.90 per week basic (if working all hours between 20:00-06:00)

Overtime paid at time and a half after 9 hours per day
