Job summary

EVRi Premium, part of the EVRi Group, is hiring Warehouse Operatives to join our Coventry Hub on a permanent night shift with 40 guaranteed hours per week. The role involves loading, unloading and sorting parcels, with manual handling up to 30kg and overtime enhancements.

You’ll work nights 19:00–03:30 in Coventry, with opportunities for progression and employee benefits. No formal qualifications are required, and training will be provided to help you settle into a fast-paced warehouse

What You'll Do

• Load, unload, sort and scan parcels efficiently.

• Sort parcels by postcode to ensure they reach the correct destination.

• Identify damaged or incorrectly labelled parcels.

• Load cages and pallets safely and accurately.

• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment.

• Work collaboratively with your team to keep warehouse operations running smoothly.

Please note: This is a physically demanding, hands-on warehouse role involving manual handling of items weighing up to 30kg. You must be comfortable carrying out manual warehouse duties throughout your shift.
