Job description

About the role

Where has your journey taken you so far?
  • Are you great with people?
  • Do you have a passion for delivering great service?
  • Looking for a role that keeps you active?
  • Experienced in multi-temperature environments and using ‘voice headsets’ to pick orders?
If night working suits your life, and you have the energy to make sure our drivers leave with the right product in the right place at the right time, then why not make our journey your journey?
Play an important part in our journey
Our night shift start times are between 7:00 pm and 4:30 am, contracted any 5 in 7 days.
As a Warehouse Operative on our night shifts, you’ll handle a wide range of shelved, chilled, and frozen products.
You’ll be:
  • Picking orders through Qpick technology using scanners.
  • Loading products and ensuring they’re arranged and stored correctly.
  • Using handling equipment (we’ll train you on how to use it safely!).
  • Using lifts and PPs to pick customer orders.
You’ll be moving around a lot, so a good level of physical fitness will help you on your journey with us. It’s also important that you care about your team, our customers, and our goods. Most of all, you’ll work hard to make sure our drivers leave the warehouse on time and with the right orders in their trucks, so our customers get the food they need.
