Job summary

EVRi is seeking Warehouse Operatives at Pen Y Bont Depot in Bridgend. You will load, unload and sort parcels, using smart tech to scan and route them through the depot. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with shifts 5 of 7 including weekends.

We offer competitive pay (£12.79 per hour) with overtime, 32 days annual leave, and clear career progression into depot management or driver roles. Wagestream lets you access earned wages anytime.

What You’ll Do

• Loading & Unloading: Handle parcels with care and efficiency.
• Sorting & Scanning: Use smart tech to sort parcels into cages.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with a supportive team to get the job done.
• Full‑time contracts: 40 hours per week, any 5 out of 7 days (including weekends).
