Job summary

Pilgrim Foodservice in Boston is seeking a Warehouse Nights Operative to help get customer orders ready overnight, picking accurately and loading vehicles while maintaining safety and product quality.

This role requires reliability, team spirit and the ability to work nights across temperature zones; hours are 30–40 per week with pay of £15.50 per hour and overtime £17.08 after 40 hours. You’ll be part of a busy warehouse team supporting timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Picking customer orders accurately and safely using our voice-directed picking system.
• Loading vehicles securely, keeping products in the correct temperature zones and accessible for drivers.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and safe.
• Handling customer returns and supporting goods-in, replenishment and stock put-away when needed.
• Following health and safety and food safety procedures, reporting any product or safety concerns to your Team Leader.
