Job Description

Salary: £28,017 (Hourly £13.47) + overtime, shift pay, and a great range of benefits

Hours: 40 hours per week

Shift: Night shift, Sunday to Thursday with every second Friday, 18.45 until finish

Location: Aylesford

You don’t need previous warehouse experience—just enthusiasm to learn and a desire to do a great job! If you’re friendly, eager to learn, and excited to progress, we’ll provide all necessary training and development opportunities.

Role Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Operative at our KFF depot, you’ll pick, pack, and check the quality of ambient, chilled, and frozen food items for delivery. The role begins with a full induction, and with our support and optional accredited training—including forklift, first aid, and HGV driving—your potential is limitless. There are opportunities to shift roles, move up, and advance your career.

You should be comfortable working in a freezer environment (-22°C), able to lift up to 25kg, and ideally have your own transport to get to the site.
