ArrowXL is now recruiting for Night Shift Warehouse Operatives to join our supportive warehouse team, situated at our Worcestersite operating on a 4 over 7 shift pattern. Whilst you may not come face to face with our customers, you will be one of the unsung heroes that work behind the scenes ensuring our delivery crews are loaded up ready to deliver the ArrowXL promise.

Please be aware that all roles at ArrowXL are subject to a mandatory criminal record DBS check.

• 38 hours per week guaranteed, over 4 days
• Basic hourly rate of £12.21 plus a 20% shift allowance for working the Night Shift.
• Shift hours are 21:00 - 07:00
• Overtime and extra shifts are available at peak trading times

Your role will include:

• Picking customers’ orders from location
• Accurately loading and unloading both inbound and outbound vehicles
• Checking paperwork is completed correctly
• Safely moving and correctly categorising customer items within the warehouse
• Complying with all Health and Safety policies and procedures
• Working as a team
• Safely using ArrowXL technical equipment
• Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment
• Representing ArrowXL to the highest standard

• Experience working in a similar, fast-paced operational environment

• Confidence to work with computer systems (specific system training will be provided)
