Salary: up to £40,328 per annum (including shift pay) plus benefits

Shift hours: 18:30 - 04:00, any 5 out of 7 days

Location: Reading

We welcome candidates without previous warehouse experience—just enthusiasm and a desire to learn! We provide training and development opportunities, including optional accredited training such as forklift, first aid, and HGV driving. There are opportunities to progress within the company.

As a Warehouse Operative, your responsibilities include picking, packing, and quality checking ambient, chilled, and frozen food items for delivery. You will undergo a full induction, and we provide a free thermal uniform for working in cool environments. You should be able to lift up to 25kg and ideally have your own transport to reach the workplace.
