Salary up to £38,635 including shift pay per year (basic rate £13.95 per hour) plus a great range of benefits

Shift Pattern: Working night shift from Sunday to Thursday, 19:00 to 04:30

Hours: 45 hours per week

Location: Harlow

You don’t need previous warehouse experience to join us — just enthusiasm to learn and a desire to do a great job! If you’re friendly, eager to learn, and excited about the opportunity to progress, we’ll provide all the necessary training and development. As a Warehouse Operative at our Harlow depot, you’ll pick, pack, and check the quality of ambient, chilled, and frozen food items for delivery.

It begins with a full induction, and with our support and optional accredited training—including forklift, first aid, and HGV driving—your potential is limitless. Once in, there are many opportunities to shift roles, move up, or change shifts if desired.

Key requirements include an eye for detail and comfort working in a cool environment (thermal uniform provided). You must be able to lift weights of up to 25kg. Due to location and shift pattern, your own transport is required.
