Job summary

Lidl GB is hiring a Warehouse Operative in Doncaster on a 37.5 hour contract. You’ll ensure stores receive the right stock when they need it, by picking products and assisting with stock checks, handling orders independently, and moving items to help get our 2,000+ products to customers.

Night shifts 20:30–05:00, with premium pay (£3.50/hour for nights) and £2.00/hour on bank holidays, plus a generous holiday allowance and other benefits including a staff discount and pension.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and carefully listen to picking instructions through your headset to carry them out swiftly.
• Pack a variety of products including meat, fruit, frozen and chilled items (premium payments for night work).
• Make sure deliveries are perfectly stacked and secure.
• Report any damaged items to your manager.
• Responsibly and independently work through your orders.

As a Lidl Warehouse Operative, you’ll make sure our stores receive the right stock when they need it. From picking products to helping out in team tasks like checking stock, you’ll roll up your sleeves and get the job done. You’ll work through your orders independently to help get our 2,000-plus products into the hands of happy customers, taking pride in the fact that without you, our shelves would be empty.
