Job Description

The Warehouse Operative plays a vital role in the safe and efficient movement of parcels within our depots, ensuring high standards of customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Unloading, scanning, sorting, and loading parcels accurately and carefully
• Ensuring swift and secure transit of items through our network
• Handling large and heavy parcels up to 25kg
• Maintaining physical fitness to meet role demands
• Working according to shift patterns in a 365-day operation
• Upholding health and safety standards
• Flexibly working across different warehouse areas as needed
• Paying close attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Organizing workload effectively
• Performing efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines

Candidates should be prepared for physical tasks and committed to high service standards.
