Job summary

Staffline is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative in Ollerton, near Newark. You will handle picking, packing, sorting, scanning and stock checks within a fast-paced logistics environment, with a focus on accuracy and safe handling.

The role runs Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm, with full training provided and opportunities for overtime; a temp-to-perm pathway offers long-term stability. A good level of English and reliability are important in this Health & Safety‑driven site.

Staffline is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives in

Ollerton, Newark.

The rate of pay is

£12.81 per hour

This is a full-time role, working

Monday to Friday. The hours of work are:

8am to 4pm

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties include:

• Picking, packing, and sorting goods.
• Scanning
• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Conducting inventory checks and managing stock control.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
• Performing moderate heavy lifting, ensuring safe handling of materials.

Our perfect Warehouse Operative will be a strong communicator who works well as a team but also on your own initiative with a can-do attitude. You will show strong attention to detail, and accuracy and be reliable and punctual.

Due to the location of the site, your own transport is advised for this role.

A good level of English is required due to Health And Safety protocols.

Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
