Job summary

Staffline in Crick (Northamptonshire) is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join a busy team. You will unload containers, move stock onto pallets, rework and quality-check products, and support general warehouse operations across the UK. Training is provided from day one and there is potential for regular hours into 2027.

The role offers a Monday to Friday pattern with early start times, plus available overtime and onsite facilities. Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not essential.

Qualifications

• Team player with a positive and reliable approach to work
• Enjoys keeping busy and working as part of a team
• Willing to perform manual handling and lifting up to 20kg
• Full training provided from day one

Responsibilities

• Unloading containers and moving stock onto pallets
• Reworking and quality-checking products
• Supporting general warehouse activities to keep operations moving
• Ensuring products move safely and efficiently through the warehouse
• Working as part of a team to maintain smooth operations
