Job summary

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative in Exeter on a full-time, temporary basis with a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm shift. The role involves unloading/loading deliveries, logging orders, and picking using a handheld scanner within a friendly warehouse environment.

Ideal candidates will have warehouse experience, strong IT skills for CRM logging, and the ability to work accurately, independently, and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Previous consistent warehouse experience is essential.
• Strong IT skills to manage warehouse administration and log orders on CRM systems.
• Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial for correct order processing.
• Good communication and teamwork skills are required to coordinate with colleagues.
• Ability to use own initiative and carry out manual handling of heavy goods.
• Effective time management is important for meeting daily targets.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with unloading and loading of daily deliveries.
• Accurately processing and logging orders onto the in-house systems.
• Picking orders using a handheld scanner.
• Wrapping orders and checking orders prior to labelling for correct shipment.
• Cleaning and tidying the warehouse daily to ensure a safe working environment.
